Troubleshooting

The game does not start / shows a black screen

Make sure your device runs Android 5.0 or newer, then restart the phone and try again. If it persists, email us the phone model — the game can fall back to a different renderer.

Sound or music is missing

Check the in-game Settings (sound / music toggles) and your phone's media volume. The game auto-pauses and mutes when another app takes focus.

I lost my progress

Progress is stored only on the device. Uninstalling, clearing app data or "Reset progress" in Settings erases it permanently — we have no copy and cannot restore it.

The Android back button closes the game

Back closes panels first, then pauses; a second tap on the pause screen exits. That is by design so you never lose a level by accident.

The game is not available in my country / on my device

Gluxolot is published worldwide for ARM Android phones and tablets. If Google Play says your device is not compatible, email us the model and we will look into it.
