Play as much as you like, for free. Don't copy or resell the game, don't cheat other people with it, and remember it comes "as is" — it's a small indie game made with care, not a life-support system.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Gluxolot on Android devices you own or control, for your own entertainment, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app, its artwork, music or level data.
- Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notice.
- Use the app in a way that breaks the law or harms others.
3. Ownership
The app, its characters (including Gluxolot the blob), artwork, music, sounds, level designs and code are owned by Rafael Lima and protected by copyright and other laws. The fonts Baloo 2 and Nunito are used under the SIL Open Font License. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
4. Price, updates and availability
Gluxolot is free to play and shows ads between levels. It offers optional in-app purchases handled by Google Play: a one-time "remove ads" purchase and a yearly supporter subscription (which also removes ads); purchases, refunds and subscription management follow the Google Play terms. We may release updates that add, change or remove content, and we may stop distributing the app at any time. Updates are delivered through Google Play and are subject to these terms.
5. Your progress
Progress is saved only on your device. We cannot recover it if you uninstall the app, reset it, lose or replace your phone. See the Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rafael Lima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection rights in your country.
8. Termination
The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. Any dispute will be handled amicably first — write to us.
