Gluxolot

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This policy explains what Gluxolot (the "app"), published by Rafael Lima, does with your data. It is written for humans, but it is complete.

Short version

Gluxolot itself does not collect, store or share any personal data. Your progress stays on your phone and there is no account. The app does record anonymous gameplay events through Google Analytics for Firebase, so we can see which levels are too hard. Ads are shown by Google AdMob only between levels, and optional purchases are handled by Google Play — both are Google services that may process limited data such as the device's advertising ID, as described below.

1. Data we collect

We (the developer) never receive data that identifies you. The app does not collect your name, e-mail address, contacts, precise location, photos or files, and it has no tracking SDK of our own. It does record anonymous gameplay analytics and crash diagnostics — see section 4.

  • The app does not require an account and has no sign-in.
  • The app uses the internet for three things: showing ads (Google AdMob), processing purchases (Google Play Billing), and sending anonymous gameplay analytics and crash reports (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics). See sections 2, 3 and 4.
  • The app does not access contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows interstitial ads through Google AdMob, and only between levels — never during play. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process device identifiers such as the advertising ID and coarse ad-performance data. This processing is done by Google under its own privacy policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), the app asks for your consent through the Google consent form before showing ads. Depending on your choice, ads are personalised or non-personalised. You can review or change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options inside the app.

3. Purchases (Google Play Billing)

The app offers an optional one-time purchase that removes ads forever, and an optional yearly supporter subscription (which also removes ads). All purchases are handled entirely by Google Play: we never see or store your payment details. Your "remove ads" entitlement is stored by Google Play (tied to your Google account) and locally on your device.

4. Analytics and crash reports (Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics)

From version 1.1.1 the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase so we can see how the game is actually played — which levels players reach, where they get stuck, and which levels get abandoned. We read it only in aggregate, to decide what to fix or rebuild.

  • What is recorded: gameplay events such as a level being started, completed or abandoned, coins collected and the shop being opened, together with the technical information Firebase collects automatically — an app-instance identifier, device model, operating-system version, approximate country and language.
  • What is never recorded: your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or anything you type. The app has no account, so none of this is tied to a personal identity.
  • Who processes it: Google, under the Firebase privacy and security terms. Event and user data are kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
  • Advertising: this Firebase project is linked to Google Ads and AdMob, so aggregated audience information may be used to measure and target advertising.
  • Crash reports: from version 1.1.1 the app also uses Firebase Crashlytics. When the app crashes it sends a diagnostic report — the stack trace, device model, operating-system version and the app version. It contains nothing you typed and nothing that identifies you, and it is used only to find and fix the crash.
  • Your control: where a consent form is required (for example in the EEA and the UK), nothing is collected until you answer it — analytics and crash reporting both stay switched off until then. You can change your mind at any time in Settings → Privacy options inside the app; that choice governs analytics, crash reporting and personalised ads alike.

5. Data stored on your device

Your game progress — levels completed, stars earned, best shot counts, onboarding state and settings (sound, music, vibration, language) — is saved only on your device, in the app's private storage. It never leaves the phone and is not visible to other apps. The "remove ads" entitlement is also cached locally.

You can erase progress at any time from inside the game (Settings → Reset progress). Uninstalling the app deletes it too.

6. Permissions

The app declares these Android permissions:

  • VIBRATE — optional haptic feedback when you launch, stick, pop or win. It can be switched off in Settings.
  • INTERNET — needed to load ads and process purchases.
  • com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID — lets Google AdMob use the device's advertising ID, subject to your consent choice; you can reset or delete the advertising ID in your Android settings.

7. Google Play

If you install Gluxolot from Google Play, Google may process data according to its own terms and privacy policy (for example the download itself, a purchase, or an optional review you write). That processing happens in the Google Play app, not in Gluxolot, and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Children

Gluxolot is suitable for all ages. The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children — the gameplay analytics in section 4 are not tied to any identity — and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). Where consent for personalised ads is absent or cannot be given, only non-personalised ads are shown.

9. Your rights

We (the developer) hold no data that identifies you, so there is nothing personal for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf — your progress is under your direct control on your device. The anonymous analytics described in section 4 cannot be traced back to you individually, and Google deletes them after 14 months. Data processed by Google for advertising or billing is controlled through Google: you can change your ad-consent choice in Settings → Privacy options inside the app, and reset or delete the advertising ID in your Android settings. If you have any question under GDPR, LGPD, CCPA or a similar law, contact us and we will answer.

10. This website

This website is a static page. It sets a single cookie (lang) only if you choose a language, so the page remembers your choice; it contains no identifier. The web server may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and to keep the service running; they are not used for profiling and are deleted routinely.

11. Changes to this policy

If a future version ever adds a feature that needs more data (for example online leaderboards or cloud save), this policy will be updated before that feature ships, the "last updated" date will change, and the app will ask for consent where the law requires it.
